I will come up with something of value to say later. Maybe.

Sleeping pills, no sleeping dogs lie never far enough away, glistening in the cold sweat of guilt

I have spent the last 3 days doing NOTHING. Okay, I did some letter-writing for my grandpa and went to a party, but that was all on Saturday! Sunday and Monday were spent avoiding homework. This is so, so bad. It's labour day weekend! I was meant to be spending it catching up on work!
How fucked am I?! Royally.

Remember how I said I would start college with a clean slate? Okay, well maybe I never told you, but I was pretty much going around saying it, so...
Anyway, the point is that I didn't do anything of the sort! I have the same work ethic that I did a year ago (i.e. none).

Excuse me while I go avoid some homework some more.

Blue lips. Blue veins. Blue; the colour of our planet from far, far away.

This summer has been WEIRD. And very dramatic as well. It's pulling at my hair and at my heartstrings.

Oh, the ocean rolls us away, away, away; and I lose your hand through the waves.

Well, hello there!
It's been a good couple of months since my last post. I don't generally leave things off for that long. Usually, if I haven't visited a site for a certain amount of time, I've abandoned it. Goes to show how committed I am to keeping all my non-existent followers updated!
Haha, shutup.

Anyways, I'm on my new Macbook computer this fine Friday afternoon, exploring its many realms and facets (wow that sounded impressive).

Oh and speaking of sounding impressive, I just got my books from Amazon shipped to me in the mail today! Why would that sound impressive you ask? Well, because the books are all part of my CEGEP Liberal Arts summer reading list! They're all books about ancient history, philosophy and poetry. The poetry isn't that cool, but as far as I can tell the poems are centered around the medieval era, which has always been interesting to me.
Anyway, I don't want to bore you but basically a lot of cool things have been coming my way lately: new Macbook, new BOOK books (ha), ...and well, that's it really. LOL. But still! It's exciting! And overwhelming!

I start school in just a few weeks and I haven't prepared myself at all yet! The books must be started soon (even though a former student in the same program as me told me that the reading list was useless), and I need to get so many other things in order! I need an Opus card for cheaper public transport around Montreal and I need to start my driving lessons so that I can get my license before my learner's permit expires! Ugh.
Okay, all this talk is making me nervous.

In other news, one of my best friends is leaving for France in 34 days. She's going for an entire year! It's supposed to be some sort of cultural experience kind of thing. I'm happy for her and all but it'll be different with her not around...
She's keeping up a blog on Blogger as well, which you are all free to follow - it's bound to get seriously interesting! -, but it won't be the same as having her over for Grey's Anatomy marathons, or sitting with her in English class, or lying on the grass on a sunny day, having talks about nothing.
Le Sigh. She will be dearly missed.

Well, so that we may end this post on a good note, I will put up a picture of me ...in Paris, France.
Brought to you by Apple's innovative, multi-faceted, multi-realmed technology!

Ya. You're looking at some seriously hi-tech shit right here. Apple can actually fly you to Paris and back in less time than it takes to write a blog-post. I know, right?

So that is all. Peace & love.

sleepless long nights, that is what my youth was for

I don't know what it is with me and my desire to get drunk all the time! It's stupid. & I always go into it expecting something exciting to happen like making out with some random guy, having my dress catch on fire, doing things I normally wouldn't do... but it never plays out that way!
My best drunken adventure had to be last friday at St-Anne's where me and the JABS managed to get into our first pub (called The Pub... yeah.. .. original, I know), purchase a two-four and drink it by the docks (Jonny was sent as a runner across the street to find some older guys to buy it for us from the dep LOL), meet these drunken fishermen by the docks, get chased by the public security (otherwise known as 'the fat fucker'), smoke non-tabacco leaves that taste like vanilla, pee on cars, drive to Conti's, witness Proppy break a candlestick, drink beer out of bowls, play guitarhero...

Weirdest thing ever :)

ok i have to run, but the post is not done! i'll finish later xxxx

Une fille, jolie, passé tout près de moi. Elle arrêtait le temps, au coin de Ste-Catherine et St-Laurent.

photo cred: v. tibbles, the day inn (new jersey)

OK so it's after 8 and I promised I'd check back around this time.

Currently:
-Downloading the entire Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone? album by The Unicorns because, shit are they good!
-Eagerly awaiting my Nikon D70 omg hurry up hurry up
-Stupidly worrying about the damn boy's tendonitis
-Too excited for prom and other such graduationalatory events to care in the least about school
-Wishing the ellipse I drew on my inner-wrist was a real tattoo, haha
-Missing a.e's company, as usual. Whenever we're not talking I feel a little bit emptier...

Goal for the night: get something DONE.

You know that you are not alone, I need you like water in my lungs.

MY KYET. YEES.

So today was probably the most I've ever slept in one day while still in school.
I slept through French (inevitable) and History (we were watching a movie about Afghanistan) but then oddly enough, I also slept in Physics?! I don't know why! I like physics!

Ok that's a lie, I totally know why. It was first period and I had stayed up the previous night until 1am.
My baaadddddddddddddddd.
Sorrryyyyyyyydddyyyyy.
Lo sientooooooooooo.
Pardoner moiiiiiii.

lil backwards pyramid of apologies right there for ya.

Okay so I don't really know what to say... it's been a while. I don't know if I posted anything about the UN to you yet (didn't check my old posts before I began writing this one) but if I did, well, it went okay!

Our group pulled together at the last minute - and I MEAN the last minute - and I think we came out pretty triumphant. I won't bore you with the details of what happened but our resolution got passed and we vetoed one :) I would love to have veto power in real life.... heeeehee. oh the possibilities.

I dunnooooo what elsssssseeeeeee to saYYYYyyyy
I'll come back on here when I do. I'm more of an emotional wreck past 8pm on most nights so hold onto your ovaries for 5 more hours.
